Product Update: Platform authentication

Every modern business application requires the highest security standards and PRIZ Guru Platform is not an exception. However, achieving even a minimal level of protection demands extreme time and resources investment. That is why in PRIZ Guru we decided to use the best tool for the job and not to reinvent the wheel. The most important, we delegate all the complexity to professionals while we continue the development of our core product.

Auth0 was our first choice for this job. Auth0 is a universal authentication & authorization platform for web, mobile and legacy applications. We trust them, and we are working with Auth0 to make sure that you, as a user, can trust them too.

As was requested by many people, we recently added an authentication using email and password in addition to the social authentication.

Now, if you navigate to the platform at https://app.priz.guru/login you will see the following screen:

The sign in dialog is now split into two parts:

• Left – Login with email and password
• Right – social authentication

If you don’t yet have an account with us, please sign up on Sign Up page. You can also navigate to sign up page by clicking on “Sign up for free” link in the bottom right corner of the dialogue.

In case that you already created an account through one of the social networks in the past and willing to switch to email/password authentication: simply register with email and password using the same email as used in the original account and they will be linked after validation.
